Ensuring Passport and Visa Compliance in Your Business Travel Policy

This session will outline how to address international business traveler compliance as part of your travel policy. The session will review why short term international business travelers have a high risk of non-compliance and give best practices on assessing international business traveler activities. During the session we will outline the risks of non-compliance such as, Schengen bans, fines, and detention. It will provide suggested work flow of when to complete assessment of activities, how to track assessment, as well as how to obtain buy in from key stake holders when proposing the change management necessary to effectively address this population.

The target audience is Travel Managers from companies who have employees engaged in short term and long term business travel.

The session will be conducted by Kim Conway who with over 20 years in the travel industry and over 10 years working directly with companies managing their international business traveler population is well placed to outline this challenging portion of the business traveler experience and travel policy.
